Bonsoir à tous,

 

je suis en train "d'autopsier" un moteur V8 ferrari , 2 soupapes par cylindre, alimentation par 4 carbus double corps verticaux , 1 seule tete d'allumeur à 8 fils, lubrification par carter "humide"

 

le type moteur est F106B

le N° moteur est 00556

 

qui saurait me dire sur quel vehicule il etait monté ?

je suppose que c'est une 308 carbus , mais comment en etre sur ?

 

et quelle est sa puissance theorique ?

 

les nombreux specialistes presents sur ce forum vont ils pouvoir m'aider ?

petite precision , ce moteur etait monté dans une mondial de provenance USA, mais je n'ai jamais entendu parler de mondial à carburateurs.

F106B a été monté sur la mondial avant la quattrovalvole de1980 à 09/1983, de 2927cc et développant 215 Cv

Par contre il me semble que c'était déjà une injection :??:

Difficile de répondre à cette question, un même type de moteur peu se retrouver sous différentes cylindrées (F 150 A sur 308 et 328 par exemple)

Je confirme, le F106B est un moteur carter humide.

Aucune Mondial n'a jamais eu de carbu.

Le F106B a été monté, soit sur les 308 GTS, soit sur les 308 GTB mais américaines (elles n'ont jamais eu de carter sec, sauf les Poly). Apparemment c'est un moteur assez proche des numéros des premiers 106B.

 

Les GT4 aussi avaient le moteur F106AL.

C'est le F106A qui est carter sec.

 

Trafalgar n'a pas toutes les infos.

Apparemment c'est un moteur assez proche des numéros des premiers 106B et ce qui m'intrigue c'est que les 308 américaine n'avait pas le single distri mais le double. Donc cela pourrait etre un moteur "Euro" importé donc de 255cv...

A confirmer bien sur, je fais des recherches dans ce sens...

 

 

Désolé de ce petit HS mais les 308 Poly destinées au marché Américain (pas des Euro importées) étaient à carter humide. :jap:

alors après recherches, le F106A peut etre un moteur carter humide, en fait le plus important c'est le chiffre qui est après (mais qui n'est pas frappé sur ta photo, bizarre).

Le F106 A 020 est un moteur carter humide,

Le F106 A 021 est un moteur carter sec

J'avais donc tort dans mon post d'il y a 2 minutes.

Le F106 B je ne sais plus du coup....sachant que sur les cartes grises, il est noté F 106 AB le "B" pour Berlinetta, une GTS est une F106 AS, "S" pour spider.

 

Que tous les possesseur de 308, mais il n'y en a pas beaucoup sur ce forum regarde leur numéro...

mon moteur a le N° 00556 , comment savoir si c'est un 240 ou 255 cv?

et comment savoir si a la base il provient bien d'une 308 ?

D'après les recoupements de toutes mes docs, le F106B équipait les 308 GTS"i" ou les Mondial 8 (bien que sur certaines, il parle pour la GTB"i" d'un F106BB).

En tout cas de tout ce que je lis, c'est un moteur à injection. Après le modifier pour le passer au carbu, je ne sais pas, je ne connais pas bien les moteurs à injection...je ne sais pas dans quelles mesures, c'est réalisable. Tu pourrais nous poster des photos du moteur ? Il doit forcement y avoir des traces du montage initial. Il doit s'agir d'un "i" car un QV s'appelle normalement F105A.

-Pour info, la mondial 8 est donné pour 205cv en version US et 214cv en version Euro

-La mondial QV 230cv en version US, 240cv en version Euro.

Comme c'est le même moteur sur les 308 et Mondial 8, on ne peux savoir s'il provient d'une 308 GTB(S)"i"....

Donc pour le moment, je priviligerais plutot la piste du 2soupapes, carter humide, version US (d'après ce que tu dis de la voiture), 205cv.

l'autopsie se poursuit, pour l'instant rien de particulier , si ce n'est que je voudrais bien savoir la puissance du bestiau.

 

en verifiant les diagrames d'admission et d'echappement, je vais essayer de comparer les versions moteur

 

demain soir, au programme , mesure des cylindres et controle eventuelle ovalisation

Je crois qu'il n'a que le moteur entre les mains et pas la caisse qui va autour donc pas de VIN pour l'aider.

Dans tous les cas, s'il s'agit à la base d'un moteur injection, il doit y avoir sur le coté gauche une prise de diagnostique...

alors, d'apres le N° chassis, c'est une voiture europeene .

mise en service mars 1981

elle a été amenée aux USA , et est revenue en france en 1991

voila , vous en savez autant que moi maintenant , mais je ne suis pas plus avancé pour autant

sauf que l'on peut penser que , si c'est un modele européen mondial 8, il doit develloper 215cv , à condition que ce moteur soit bien celui d'origine, et non un moteur de 308 qui lui doit develloper 240cv

 

pour la presence des 4 carbus, c'est une enigme, je n'arrive pas à savoir s'ils sont d'origine sur ce moteur là , ou pas d'origine .

A priori les carubrateurs ne sont pas d'origine. il faudrait vérifier le duo numéro de châssis/numéro de moteur. Cela confirmerait ce que tu as écrit : modèle européen exporté vers les USA puis réimporté (modifié) en Europe.

 

Si le contrôle confirme que le numéro moteur est le bon, cela veut dire que le sytème d'alimentation d'essence a été modifié, mais pourquoi et dans quel but.... slash.gif.94c49044672122864de95a3c7a2337dc.gif

Tu ne peux pas nous faire une photo de l'embase des carbu et du moteur ?

Y a t il une prise de diagnostique sur le coté gauche ?

Si le moteur provient d'une 308, il devrait être noté F106BB

Sinon tu ne trouveras pas le numéro du moteur sur le chassis, il faut demander à Maranello ou sur Ferrari owner quelquechose si le numéro de ton moteur correspond au chassis...
